I've placed orders with this company at least twelve times in the last couple of years and haven't faced any problems! The only hiccup was my mistake in choosing a color I didn’t really like. Their payment options are quick and dependable, and the contacts hold up well. It blows my mind to see so many folks having trouble!! But for me, it’s been nothing but good vibes!

I’m really let down! I’ve been getting contacts from this place for years, and even got my friends and clients to buy from them too. But now, I’m facing issues I’ve never encountered before! I’ve got a full account since I usually order in bulk about 3-4 times a year, but for some strange reason, they canceled my order after it was already shipped. I placed my order on Black Friday, and then on Christmas, I found out it was canceled. When I inquired about the delay, considering I’m in the same state, they claimed my address was missing the apartment number. But when I checked, it was there! They told me I’d need to reorder and pay a $3 restock fee, and I wouldn’t see my refund until they received my order back. It’s now past the New Year, and I still haven’t seen my refund! So, if I were you, I’d steer clear and spread the word—this isn’t worth the hassle!

These lenses are definitely not opaque. I ordered the CRYSTAL Hidrocor ones, and they are terrible. Seriously, they’re almost see-through. It's crazy. I wouldn't recommend buying from them; their customer service is useless, and I can't seem to get a refund. I really wish I had chosen a different place to buy from; just save your cash and steer clear of this shop.

They advertise delivery in 2-4 days and same-day shipping if you place your order by 3 PM, but that’s just not true. Their customer service is terrible and they won’t give you a refund for items, plus they expect you to cover the return shipping and a $3 restocking fee. Total nonsense! Seriously, don’t buy from them! They’re dishonest and I really should’ve looked at reviews before making my purchase.

The contacts didn’t work right and fell apart. They wouldn’t give me a refund or let me return them. Their customer service is lacking, and their business practices are pretty bad.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. Be cautious when dealing with this company. I ordered a set of blue colored contacts. When it showed up, one lens was okay, but the other was in two pieces—one was a plain clear lens and the blue one was not usable. I reached out to customer service via email, and after several exchanges verifying my information and explaining the problem, they requested photos. I sent them the pictures, and then I was informed they would look over my claim before sending a replacement. After 36 hours, I received a response saying there was no defect, so they wouldn’t be replacing the lens. If there was truly no defect, my photos wouldn’t have shown otherwise. This company is just after your cash and doesn’t back up their shoddy products.
